The terrace is located along the internal façade of an important Milanese apartment in a Fascist-era building subject to environmental restrictions. The outdoor space, about 75 square meters, was designed in continuity with the interior. The windows were transformed into French windows and the pre-existing external volumes make the space permeable and alive. The terrace space is organized around a large maple tree which has been repotted and enhanced in its central position.
